Agent Engineering
Workers, not chatbots.
Used for achieving
- Agents That Do Real Work
- Hours Back Every Week
- Processes That Run Themselves
- Capability Without Headcount
- A Business That Scales Without Hiring
Every business has jobs nobody should still do by hand. The follow-up, the reporting, the first draft. We build AI agents that own those jobs end to end. Not chatbots. Workers.
We bring the AI, plug it into the tools you already run, and retire the ones you no longer need.
Used by companies like
Common Challenges
If any of these sound familiar, this program was built for you.
-
The AI Never Remembers
Every chat starts from zero. You explain the business, paste the context, and check the answer. Tomorrow, you do it all again.
-
The Business Doesn't Own Its AI
Your people already use AI, on personal logins, in private chats. The wins walk out the door at five o'clock.
-
It Only Works While You're Working
Nothing runs unless someone is at the desk driving it. The moment the prompting stops, the work stops.
-
Answers From Last Month's Business
The spreadsheet was exported three weeks ago. Every answer built on it describes a business that no longer exists.
-
Off-the-Shelf Doesn't Fit
Generic tools don't know your process, your data or your rules, so your team works around them instead of with them.
-
Nobody Trusts It With Customers
Handing live data and real customers to an AI feels like a gamble. Without rules, logging and a human gate, it is.
-
Two Hundred Automations, No Map
Zaps, scripts and workflows stacked up faster than anyone documented them. Nobody knows what fires what, or what breaks if you touch it.
-
Nobody Can Prove It’s Working
Everyone says AI is saving time. Nothing shows up on a scorecard, so the budget conversation runs on faith.
-
It Works Until It Matters
The clever build handles the easy eighty percent. The hard twenty percent still lands on your team, usually at the worst moment.
If you’re only thinking of AI
as a way to cut costs
or churn out content faster,
you’re missing 90%
of its potential.
Some Things Agents Already Own
New to agents? Start here. A few of the jobs agents already run. The full list looks a lot like your to-do list.
-
Analytics & Reporting
Reports that write their own first pass overnight, campaign performance included. Your morning starts at what does this mean.
-
Data Cleaning & CRM Hygiene
Duplicates merged, fields filled, records kept current. The CRM stays trustworthy without anyone being the janitor.
-
Sales Prospecting & Research
An agent researches the prospect, enriches the record and drafts the outreach. Your salesperson approves and sends.
-
Customer Service & Triage
Enquiries classified, routed and answered in draft from your help docs, around the clock. A human sends the final word.
-
Orders & Returns
Orders tracked, returns processed, customers kept informed end to end. The inbox stops being the system.
-
Proposals & Quotes
A first draft assembled from your CRM in minutes: the history, the scope, the pricing rules, your voice.
-
Internal Answers
Ask a question, get the answer from your own documents, with the source attached.
-
Back-Office Admin
Invoices matched and chased, intake processed, documents filed. The quiet work that eats a day a week.
-
Recruiting & Onboarding
Applications screened, interviews scheduled, new starters walked through the paperwork. People keep the judgement calls.
Program Features
From the first audit to agents running. These are the working parts.
-
Agent Opportunity Audit
We map the week's real work and rank every job by what an agent would return. Build order set by payback, not novelty.
-
Agents & Agent Teams
One agent for one job, or a crew with a manager agent running it. You talk to the manager. The team works in the background.
-
System Integration
Agents that work inside HubSpot and the tools you already run. They read your records, write back, and leave an audit trail.
-
Definition of Correct
Before an agent ships, we agree what a right answer looks like and test against it. Pass marks first, prompts second.
-
Guardrails & Governance
What an agent may touch, what needs human sign-off, what quality bar ships. Written down before speed is needed.
-
Pilot & Staged Rollout
A small group runs the agent first, with a review queue and a way back. Wide release is earned, not assumed.
-
Handover & Training
Your people learn to brief, review and run their new workers. The agents multiply the team, they don't mystify it.
-
Run-Cost Control
Cost per run and per completed job, on the same scorecard as the results. Not buried in an API bill.
-
Agent Operations
Monitoring, retraining and extending as your business changes. An agent is a worker, not software you install and forget.
The Rules We Build By
-
01
Your Data Stays Yours
Agents run on your systems and your records. Nothing trains a model, and nothing leaves when we do.
-
02
Written Rules Before Speed
Every agent carries an action policy: what it may touch, what it must log, what it must ask about.
-
03
A Human Owns the Risky Steps
Routine work runs. Sensitive steps notify a person. Irreversible ones wait for approval.
-
04
Everything Leaves a Trail
Every action logged, every version kept. You can always answer what it did, and why.
-
05
You Own the Agents
The agents, prompts and code are yours: documented, handed over, yours to keep.
-
06
We'll Tell You Not to Build
Low volume, shifting process or untrusted data means an agent isn't the answer yet. We'll say so, and tell you what to fix first.
Anthropic
Powered by Claude
Our agents run on Claude, by Anthropic. It’s the model behind our award-winning HubSpot implementations and the agents that support our own work, chosen for careful reasoning, long context and enterprise-grade data handling.
We use it every day in our own business, so your agents inherit everything we’ve learned from running ours.
-
Billed Direct, No Markup
Claude is billed to you by Anthropic at their published rates. We don’t clip the ticket on your AI.
-
Proven on Our Own Work
The agent that won our 2026 HubSpot Impact Award for Technical Excellence runs on Claude, end to end.
-
Your Data Stays Out of Training
Commercial terms that keep client data out of model training, with the controls to match.
Questions, Answered Straight
Anything not covered here, ask us on a call.
Where do the agents actually live?
In your Claude workspace, built from a repo you own. We hold a seat in your workspace to build and operate them, the agents install as a plugin, and every change ships as a new version from the repo: an update is a pull, not a rebuild, and most clients have us apply it as part of the monthly rhythm.
Agents that run unattended at volume run on the Claude API from the same repo. Either way it's your tenancy, your data boundary, your audit trail.
How long until something is actually working?
The Agent Opportunity Audit takes weeks, not months, and the first agent usually ships within the first month of the Program. We build in order of payback, so the first thing live is the thing worth most.
For some businesses, one agent is the whole answer. If there’s more worth building, the audit has already ranked what comes next.
Who owns the agents you build?
You do. The agents, the prompts, the code and the documentation are yours, version-controlled and handed over. Some clients take this as a project: we build, we hand over, your team runs it.
Others keep us on to operate the agents and evolve them as the business changes. Either way you own the system and everything needed to run it, written into the scope on day one, not negotiated at the end.
What systems do you build in?
The agents themselves are built in Claude. From there, they connect to the systems you already run. HubSpot is our home ground, and agents that work inside your CRM see most of your business. But they reach email, documents, spreadsheets and the rest of your stack the same way.
We integrate with what you have, not around it.
What does it cost?
Our pricing is published on the pricing page, like everything else we sell. Claude itself is billed to you directly by Anthropic at their published rates, with no markup from us. T
What happens when an agent gets something wrong?
It gets caught. Agents ship with review queues, logging and a named rollback, and sensitive actions wait for a human. When an error lands, the trail shows exactly what happened, and the fix becomes a test the agent has to pass forever after. Errors make the system stricter, not scarier.
Will agents replace my team?
No. Agents take the repetition; people keep the judgement. The point is a team that spends its hours on decisions, relationships and work worth a human, while the copy-and-paste layer runs itself. Businesses don't shrink when this works. They grow without the next three hires.
Put Your First Agent to Work
This is the best button on the site. Every client we've ever worked with pushed it once.
Go on, give it a spin.
Tell us what's not working.
A few lines is enough. A real person reads every one and replies.
