THE CHALLENGE

JewelCover's journey began with a modest one-page website and a limited budget, serving as a litmus test for market interest through a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
The initial success proved there was a significant opportunity for growth, but scaling required a substantial commitment.
The challenge was to transition from minimal investment to fully investing in their business's potential. This pivotal moment meant rolling the dice with a trusted partner to expand their digital footprint and enhance their market presence comprehensively.
Faced with the need to evolve rapidly, JewelCover was poised to revamp its strategy and infrastructure to capture and capitalise on emerging market demand.

Starting from scratch, we established JewelCover's digital foundation with a new brand identity, crafting a logo and messaging from the ground up.
We developed a highly informative, user-centric website that effectively enhances the buyer journey and increases conversions through strategic design and functionality.
Utilising HubSpot, we streamlined their marketing and sales operations with automation, greatly improving efficiency.
Our ongoing efforts in SEO, content and video, paid advertising, and continuous conversion rate optimisation (CRO) continue to drive substantial lead volume and sustained business growth for JewelCover.

For JewelCover, we crafted a bold, new brand from the ground up, replacing their basic MVP logo with a dynamic identity full of personality. Our approach included developing a fun and engaging messaging strategy, creating comprehensive brand guidelines, and designing a cohesive visual system.
We also produced all necessary sales and policy materials, like the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and customer communications, to ensure consistency.
This vibrant rebranding effort ensures JewelCover stands out in the market, reinforcing their fresh, no-frills approach to jewellery insurance.

In our approach to typography for this project, we selected P22 Mackinac Pro for its strong and versatile headline capabilities, complemented by Proxima Nova for body text to ensure readability and maintain a clean, modern look.
These font choices were strategically used to enhance the visual hierarchy, ensuring that each element on the page is engaging and effectively communicates the brand's message.
